  • hydration
  • repair
  • suppleness
  • bounce for curly hair
  • shine to the colour

The benefits of honey for the hair
There's no need for a long presentation, we all know the health benefits of honey, but why can it also be useful for our hair? Honey is a concentrate of vitamins, minerals and amino acids. This rich composition provides the hair with :

  • hydration
  • shine
  • purification
  • healing
  • restoration of fragile and brittle hair

Why is coconut oil good for hair?
Produced by the first cold pressing of coconut pulp, coconut oil has the particularity of providing in-depth care for the hair fibre and scalp while offering a sheathing effect on the hair. Its composition, rich in vitamins, iron, lauric acid and minerals, allows to :

  • strengthen hair and hair follicles

Transitioning to natural hair care, how ?

When you make the transition to natural hair care, the true state of your hair will be revealed as you abandon silicone-based products. The result can be a little unsettling, but if you are patient, you will eventually see the benefits of this change in direction. In order for your hair to take full advantage of the natural care you're about to give it, you must first rid it of all harmful substances.

Here's how you can do it:

  • Start by clarifying to get rid of all those unwanted residues
  • Then, don't hesitate to take vegetable oil baths (minimum 30 minutes) for a few weeks. If you notice a lack of hydration in the hair, aloe vera, honey or yoghurt can be used as a reinforcement by applying them as a mask.
  • Let time do its work...

*Clarification, the method: mix 2 volumes of clay (green, more absorbent or white, softer) with half a volume of cider vinegar and a little water to obtain a paste that is easy to apply to the hair. Leave on for 30 minutes and rinse. A vegetable oil bath is recommended after this step. Then wash your hair with your solid shampoo and don't forget to finish the rinse with an acid solution (all the more necessary after the clarification which will have opened the scales of the hair).
